Aluminum ingot casting (Regular type)

Application: 

Ingot casting line is suitable for primary smelter and secondary smelter to produce various grades of aluminum ingot which can meet the requirement of 24 hours continuous production. The ingot size and the configuration of casting line can be customized. Our general casting line's configuration is: molten aluminum distributor, caster, printer, demould system, receiving system, second cooling machine, stacking system, on-line weighting system. For the stacking system, we have gantry stacker and robot two types.
